Could the Republicans really repeal Obamacare?

Theoretically, Republicans could repeal the health law, but it wouldn't happen before January 2013. The Republicans would have to win the presidency (Mitt Romney would take office), get a majority of seats in the House, and have at least 50 seats in the Senate.

At this point, a filibuster (60 seats) is not needed in order to acheive the Republicans' goal. Continue reading to learn how Republicans strike down the individual mandate as a "tax."
