Hang The Cheese

Put the yogurt in a muslin bag or a couple layers of cheesecloth.  Hang them from something to drain.  

Drain overnight.  

Make sure your muslin bag or cheesecloth is properly sanitized by boiling it first.  You can reuse this, but clean by boiling only--do not use soap. You will get soap flavored cheese.
