Don't Toss the Whey!

The liquid drained from the cheese is called the whey.  Don't throw this--it is nutritious.  I use it to boil potatoes, bake bread, or in pizza dough.  It adds protein. Put it in a mason jar in the fridge--it'll last a few days to a week.
