I am using a "modified" flipped classroom. My students watch videos during class time. They take notes and ask questions, and then do assignments. Each student goes at his or her own pace, and assignments are adjusted accordingly. It has made a huge difference for me. My students are learning how to learn and ask good questions. I teach math, grades 6-12, in an alternative discipline school, so this has really freed up my time to TEACH!

I understand that a number of schools are using Learnist in Flipped classroom experiments -- any results yet?

There are so many ways to "flip" that data would have to start with clearly defining exactly what it is and how success is being measured--academic proficiency, learning habits, staff and student engagement, etc. It's success thus far definitely implies a demand for new ways of thinking about learning terms and spaces.
