Go to top right--click on the "v" and go to "notification settings." You can set it to the notification level you want.

Having so much problems trying to log to site on computer. Not sure how to really work on iPad, I just don't know. My site not good, need to change it up some, don't know how to do that either :c(

Is it just me, or can you only read content on the ipad, but not create or add to your boards? Ideally, I want to set up some boards and then have students be collaborators to help generate the content. Is anyone else trying this?

Michelle - Currently, the iPad is for consuming content, rather than creating content. For now, please use the web version to create content.

You can create boards via the website currently and the iPhone. We are working towards board creation for the iPad in the coming updates!

@Dawn I was trying to email your board on using Learnist in the classroom to a friend of mine who is a principle. Although I am not a school teacher, your board gave me some ideas on other ways to use Learnist.

When I try to share a board through email on the iPad I can compose an email, but there is no button to send.

@Philana - some users are experiencing an error when trying to email boards out. We are aware of this and our next release (due out this week) will have a fix for that.

@Dina. I love that "partisan" board. It's charged w electricity and when put next to David's board, the kids absolutely love it--they pick out so much more. GOP me!

Another teacher here. And a bit lucky about 50% of my high school kids own an iOS device. So what I was thinkin is, I'm gonna introduce them to this app, and twice a week or so, I'll give them the opportunity to share with me (or the class) anything new they got from here. Those than can, would be able to avail plus points for every upcoming quizes or exams. Students that don't own the app can partner with another student that has one (or perhaps just use the web site).

@Mountain Johns...The app is just the tip of the iceberg for me. I'm finding or creating the boards I need, then assigning them w guide questions to begin w. Then, students will eventually work up to researching, curating, collaborating, and commenting on their own. I'm using this to update/replace much of my "traditional" stuff.

I Wish I could have started the board from iPad. So went to website and messed it up, because I didn't see steps to start on. Now would like to Delete the one I did start and re-do it....ha grrr!

@Thom rolled it out yesterday (urban regional high school). Kids loved it--I made them pick off political perspective on David Marino's Paul Ryan board. Not only did they do it well, they did it down to the last commentator--"Wow, they're arguing!" Debating. But yes. (@Dina, your P.Ryan board is next)

When I thought about the prospect of using Learni.st in the classroom, I got really excited. I'm pretty upfront about the fact that I'm a GOP Strategist, but love the opportunity to teach my "craft" and give analysis with the least amount of Rhetoric. Now, the Paul Ryan Board from a "GOP point of view" is probably the only board I have posted that is partisan, as it says in the title! :)
