dig it. Mugaritz in Spain is supposed to be one of the best molecular places in the world. Bourdain did a spot there on No Reservations

It's a work-in-progress -- glad to hear it! I'll check out that documentary. I'm starting a group to explore molecular gastronomy at Stanford (with the university's funding).
