Dina, please forgive me, I don't see a way in Learnist to contact a member directly and this board seemed the most-applicable to my question/suggestion. Which is this: you seem like a very educated woman (in politics, especially) and you seem to make a good effort to be fair and honest and balanced from what I've seen thus far. So, with that in mind, is there a single news source you would recommend for being balanced and honest and reasonably thorough??? None of the mainstream stuff seems that way and the alternative stuff I've visited doesn't seem that way... and although I have my own political bent (tends to be libertarian) I'd appreciate a balanced-approach so I can see the argument from both sides. Like, a website that takes a topic and has a genuine social-lib write about, a genuine social-conservative write about it, and maybe even a genuine libertarian write about it. That would be awesome! Anyways, any suggestions?

Agreed. There are so many "slogans" out there that people hear and don't understand. I call it "Washington Speak."
