A few years ago, I started working with Test Kitchens, a customer research firm. They send TCHO chocolates to their clients for Christmas. Now I sned TCHO chocolates during the holidays. One simple tip - if you're eating the flavored chocolates, add a pinch of rock salt, and the flavors stand up even more. One more thing - try dark chocolate with beer, sounds terrible, but it's actually quite good
