A ton of grains have gluten, like wheat, bulgar wheat, rye, and anything made with them. Everything from bouillon cubes to soy sauce could have gluten. For celiacs, paleo diet people, and diabetics, it becomes a really big challenge. You can eat all fresh veggies, meats, specific GF products. Oh, beer has gluten, too...
